Overview: Gay Street is being converted to two-way traffic from Front Street to Cleveland Avenue. Included in the project will be improved pedestrian access, landscaped medians, and decorative street lighting, as well as sewer and water line improvements. The $6.8 million investment in Downtown is nearly complete. Two-way traffic is in place and some final work is planned for Spring of 2008.
